Back Bends and Twists

Join me at my home studio where we will take a deep dive into a two-hour work shop where you will learn the art of gentle back bends and twists. Back bends will open the front of your body so that your breath can flow freely, expanding your heart center. You will strengthen the muscles that support your spine so that you will reduce low back pain. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and energized. Gentle twists will detoxify your body and lubricate your spinal discs between your vertebrae.
