My name is Rachel, and it’s my mission in life to help people feel better in their bodies.

We can all use a little help now and again.

Gentle Yoga is designed to reduce stress, improve mobility, build strength.

I incorporate gentle stretches that increase mobility, accessible yoga poses that build strength, and mindful breathing that reduces anxiety. It’s great for beginners, seniors, and anyone looking for a supportive environment. Motion is lotion… you will enjoy it!

Our Services

Private Chair Yoga

$95 per hour

For people who have a hard time getting up and down on the floor, yoga may seem inaccessible. Not true. Not only will you build strength and flexibility in your body, you will feel a sense of peace through meditation and breath work.

I offer five classes a week that are open to the community at Harmony House in Pismo Beach. Classes tend to be 6-24 people. Please sign up here, or feel free to just walk in!

Wednesdays at 4:30, Hatha (medium)

Thursdays at 9:30, Hatha and 11am, Gentle (mild)

Fridays at 11am, Gentle

Sundays at 9:30, Vinyasa (spicy)

Small Group Chair Yoga Series

$150 for 6 class series, each class is one-hour

June 3-July 8, 2026

This class uses props and chairs to support a wide range of bodies, abilities and life stages. Class is well rounded and includes standing and seated postures, using props to emphasize a strong foundation as students find ease and stability in each pose..

A lovely stretch for the hamstrings, especially after doing any physical exercise or even sitting in a chair (or the car) for too long.
