My name is Rachel, and it’s my mission in life to help my friends become more flexible.

We can all use a little help now and again.

My tool of choice: Gentle Yoga.

Gentle Yoga is a

Gentle Yoga is designed to reduce stress and improve mobility without forcing the body. I incorporate restorative stretches, mindful breathing, and longer relaxing holds. It’s great for beginners, seniors, and anyone looking for a calming experience to release tension and improve flexibility. It’s my favorite!

Our Services

Private Chair Yoga

$95 per hour

For people who have a hard time getting up and down on the floor, yoga may seem inaccessible. Not true. Not only will you build strength and flexibility in your body, you will feel a sense of peace through meditation and breath work.

Gentle Yoga Public Classes

I offer two classes a week that are open to the community for the cost of $45 each, at Harmony House in Pismo Beach. Classes tend to be 6-24 people. Please follow the links below to sign up, or feel free to just walk in!

Group Workshops

In a small group setting at Rachel’s retreat-like home yoga studio, practitioners will take a deep dive into one aspect of gentle yoga. You will leave with a better understanding of yoga and your self.
